I'm Kevin Ahearn
I am a seasoned Real Estate Business Development Coach and Trainer with over 35 years of experience in the field. As the Owner and Founder of The Real Estate Training Institute, Inc. since 1986, I've been dedicated to empowering brokers and agents to thrive in the industry.
In 2001, I pioneered the 'Live' Interactive Training and Coaching System, revolutionizing the way professionals engage and learn. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of training over 300,000 brokers and agents across the United States and Canada, earning recognition for my impactful programs.
Among my notable achievements are the creation of acclaimed training and coaching programs such as Street Smarts®, FAStTRAC®, i-FAStTRAC®, and the innovative Seven (7) Session i-FAStTRAC® Agent Recruiting, Development & Retention Broker Coaching Program designed specifically for brokers and managers.
In 2017, I introduced the Agent-Participant Tracking System (APTS), further enhancing the effectiveness of our training methodologies. I've played a pivotal role in the growth and success of six different multi-office real estate companies, with the largest boasting over 1600 agents and 31 offices.
Throughout my journey, I've been honored as a 'Master Trainer' and executive for prestigious National Franchises, including Better Homes & Gardens, GMAC Real Estate, ERA, and Exit Realty International.
